These terms govern your use of Paid Social Studio's services. By purchasing a package or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Paid Social Studio provides paid social advertising services including but not limited to:
- Account audits and strategy
- Campaign setup and management
- Creative production
- Consulting and training
Packages & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.
Payment Terms
- Packages: Payment is required in full before work begins
- Day rate: 50% deposit required to secure dates, balance due on completion
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Deliverables & Turnaround
Estimated turnaround times are provided for each package. We will communicate proactively if any delays occur. Deliverables are provided in standard formats (PDF, PNG, video files, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide necessary access to ad accounts and assets
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensure you have rights to any assets provided to us
Revisions
Revision allowances are specified in each package. Additional revisions may be available at an additional cost.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations before work begins: Full refund
- Cancellations after work has started: Refund for uncompleted portion at our discretion
- Day rate bookings: Cancellations within 7 days of start date forfeit the deposit
Intellectual Property
- Creative assets produced for you are yours to use freely once paid in full
- We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio (anonymised if requested)
- Any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks remain our intellectual property
Confidentiality
We will keep all client information confidential. We will not share your business information, ad performance data, or strategy details with third parties without your consent.
Results Disclaimer
While we apply best practices and our expertise to every project, we cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors including budget, market conditions, product, and audience. Case studies and results shared are from real projects but individual results may vary.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or revenue.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
